Are you 18yrs+, hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact? We're looking for an Ecommerce Operations Assistant to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. From order picking to inventory control and returns, you'll be at the heart of keeping things running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Rotate across teams to support all areas of the warehouse
* Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with precision
* Handle stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and set up new products
* Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers
* Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and housekeeping
What You’ll Bring / Qualifications
* Team spirit and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
* Warehouse experience (preferred) and strong attention to detail
* Basic literacy, numeracy, and good computer skills (Excel & email)
* Willingness to work across sites and lift up to 50 lbs
