O'Neills Kitchen Supplies Ltd are expanding our sales team and are looking for a passionate, talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our family-owned distribution business in Glasgow. If you have a keen interest in the kitchen industry and love building relationships, this is your chance to work with trusted brands and high-quality products.
What You’ll Do
1. Develop and manage strong relationships with kitchen retailers and merchants.
2. Regularly visit customers, providing exceptional service and expert product knowledge.
3. Present new products and promotions, helping retailers maximize sales.
4. Deliver comprehensive training to ensure customers get the best from our products.
5. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow accounts.
6. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
7. Plan and log customer visits using our CRM system to track performance.
8. Ensure effective product displays for maximum visibility.
9. Report key wins and opportunities to the Sales Director.
What We’re Looking For
1. Sales experience (preferably in the KBB sector, but not essential).
2. A natural relationship-builder with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
3. Strong time management and the ability to prioritize effectively.
4. Experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
5. Flexibility to travel, including overnight stays.
6. Full, clean UK driving license.
