Mortgage Acquisition is a fast‑paced environment dealing with a variety of calls from customers and prospective customers. The department plays an integral part in the present and future growth of First Direct and is one of the largest income generators for the business. The Mortgage Acquisition Associate role offers both variety and opportunity to engage with prospective and existing customers. Learning all elements of the role will take place over a number of months allowing you to consolidate your learning and competency at each stage.
This role offers potential opportunities to complete the funded Mortgage Advisor programme and qualifications, with scope to move into Advised Mortgages.
