Security Operations Manager
£24.81/hr | Harrow Council Sites
We're currently recruiting for a Security Operations Manager to join London Borough of Harrow on a 3-month temporary assignment, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
Locations:
1. Harrow Civic Centre Hub
2. Wealdstone Centre
3. Greenhill Library
Key Responsibilities:
4. Lead and manage a team of security personnel across multiple council sites
5. Oversee rotas, budgets, and operational planning
6. Ensure safety and compliance across all locations
7. Respond flexibly to changing site needs and schedules
Requirements:
8. Proven experience managing security teams
9. Valid SIA badge
10. Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
11. Highly organised with strong leadership skills
12. Willingness to work unsocial hours when required
13. Adaptable and proactive approach to site management
Contract Details:
Start: Immediate
Duration: 3 months initially
Potential: Role will be advertised permanently following the assignment
