About the Role
We are seeking an experienced contractor to join our Client Services team, focusing on account management and relationship building for a major Salesforce implementation within business operations.
You will work closely with a Program Manager and wider internal teams to ensure clear communication, unified work streams, and long-term client success. This is an advisory and relationship-focused role; while you must be highly knowledgeable about Salesforce and its practical applications within an organization, hands-on technical implementation or coding skills are not required.
Responsibilities
* Lead the account management for a large-scale Salesforce implementation project.
* Manage customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure clear communication and alignment.
* Identify opportunities for upsell and ongoing client growth.
* Collaborate closely with a Program Manager and internal delivery teams to orchestrate unified work streams.
* Proactively manage risks, demonstrating the ability to effectively problem-solve and recover when project issues arise.
* Maintain a dedicated focus on the specific implementation project to ensure seamless delivery.
Qualifications
* Large-Scale Account Management: Proven track record of managing major accounts and projects with budgets exceeding £1 million.
* Salesforce Expertise: Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and its practical business applications (technical implementation experience is not necessary).
* Relationship Building: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a history of fostering collaboration and long-term client success.
* Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex client dynamics and troubleshoot project challenges efficiently.
* Industry Experience: Open to candidates from any industry background, provided the core account scale and Salesforce knowledge requirements are met.
