The role
5 days in the office, West End An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior Director within a fast-paced and professional environment. This role requires a confident, highly organised EA who can proactively manage competing priorities while handling sensitive information with absolute discretion. Your new roleYou will provide comprehensive EA support to the Director, acting as a key point of contact both internally and externally. This is a varied role where no two days are the same and where initiative, attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential. Key responsibilities will include:• Proactively managing projects and liaising with internal and external stakeholders for updates • Acting as a key liaison between the Director and relevant contacts • Screening, prioritising and managing emails, calls and correspondence • Managing and maintaining the Director’s contact database • Handling confidential personal and corporate information with discretion at all times • Managing electronic and paper filing systems, databases, guest lists, spreadsheets and membership subscriptions • Creating and editing presentations and documents • Proactively managing the Director’s diary and ensuring full preparation for daily commitments • Scheduling meetings, appointments and ensuring all relevant materials are available • Taking meeting minutes and following up on actions • Coordinating travel arrangements, bookings and itineraries • Managing couriers, mailings and ad hoc collections or deliveries • Managing budgets and processing invoices • Handling incoming calls on behalf of the Director • Supporting with any additional tasks as required What you’ll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you will have proven experience operating as an EA at senior level within a fast-paced environment.
