Lead creative projects : Develop and manage special publications and digital-first initiatives that are imaginative, commercially successful, and audience-relevant. Spot and seize opportunities: Identify new ways to grow advertising revenue—particularly online—while nurturing strong relationships with local businesses. Think beyond the page: Bring fresh thinking to how we serve clients, using data, insight, and creativity to deliver standout solutions across digital and print. Represent the brand: Act as a visible ambassador for The Impartial Reporter, promoting our platforms and their value to the local economy and community Skills, Knowledge & Expertise A proven track record in sales leadership, ideally with experience in digital media or advertising.
