Design Engineer
This challenging and exciting Design Engineer opportunity (remote) requires an ambitious Engineer who has exposure to design within any area of the piling, foundations or ground and geotechnical engineering sectors. This position is working from home, so any UK location will be considered by our client, but a full UK driving licence is required as occasional travel to sites will be required.
The successful candidate will ideally (but not essentially) possess a relevant qualification, coupled with design experience in any area of the piling, foundations or ground engineering sectors.
The Person
1. Our client requires a demonstrable level of experience in the design of piling, foundations or ground and geotechnical engineering contracts
2. Possess the ability to join an existing and established business, and contribute to various design areas in a manner with enthusiasm and drive
3. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being able to relate to people at all levels in an organisation, and to establish and maintain respect both professionally and personally
4. Possess an excellent understanding of what is required to be a member of a design department in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage and deliver the daily required design processes
