Telesales Executive – High-End Security Doors (Warm Leads Only)

💰 £30,000 – £35,000 basic + car allowance + bonuses (OTE £50k+)

We’re looking for a confident, professional telesales executive to join a specialist supplier of bespoke high-security doors and safe room solutions for clients including celebrities, high-net-worth individuals, banks, and embassies.
Fact finding proffessional. You’ll be speaking to inbound and referral-based enquiries — your job is to understand the client’s needs, identify decision-makers, and pass qualified leads to the closing team.
You don’t need to have sold doors before — we’ll train you. But you do need to be sharp on the phone, great at asking the right questions, and confident speaking to high-end customers.
🔎 What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling and following up warm leads and referrals

Calling homeowners, estate managers, architects, and businesses
*
Explaining what we do – high-security timber-finish doors with steel cores
*
Asking structured fact-finding questions to uncover needs
*
Logging lead information and passing to senior sales for follow-up
*
Keeping the conversation warm and professional throughout
✅ We’re Looking For:

Experience in telesales, internal sales, or lead generation
*
A clear, confident phone manner – able to build trust and credibility quickly
*
Someone professional, well-spoken, and naturally curious
*
Target-driven but not pushy – this is a consultative role
*
Organised and comfortable managing CRM notes and follow-ups
