🚚 Van Driver – Livingston
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00am–5:00pm
£12.50 per hour | Temp to Perm
Driver Hire Edinburgh West are recruiting on behalf of a new and growing business based in Livingston, supplying building materials to construction sites. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced Van Driver looking for long-term, stable work as the business continues to grow.
The Role
1. Deliver building materials to construction sites
2. Around 10 drops per day, with routes expected to increase as the business expands
3. Provide a professional and friendly service to customers on-site
4. Ensure all driving is carried out safely and in line with company procedures
Hours
5. Monday to Friday
6. 7:00am – 5:00pm
7. Full-time position
Pay
8. £12.50 per hour
9. Weekly pay while working through Driver Hire
10. Permanent contract offered following a successful 12-week period
Requirements
11. Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years
12. At least 1 year of commercial driving experience
13. No more than 3 penalty points
14. No CD, DD, DR or IN endorsements
15. Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
16. Physically able to assist with loading/unloading building materials
Start Date
17. Start date to be confirmed (TBC), in line with business growth
