Overview

Clear track record of running a site and/or fresh food restaurant and delivering training and support to managers and team members. Able to run all different aspects of hospitality, (and reception for rooms site), with a proven record of leadership skills 2-3 years experience as General Manager, with knowledge of branded operations. Taking on all the responsibilities of your site with an understanding of HR, financial aspects and KPI requirements of running a site.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead front-of-house operations and ensure excellent guest experience
* Manage reception functions, especially for rooms site
* Oversee HR functions including recruitment, training, and performance management
* Manage financial aspects and meet KPI requirements of running a site
* Deliver training and support to managers and team members
* Take full responsibility for the site’s operations and profitability
Qualifications
* 2-3 years experience as a General Manager
* Knowledge of branded operations and hospitality industry
* Strong leadership skills and proven track record of running a site or fresh food restaurant
On Target Earnings
On Target Earnings is based on a 48-hour working week, TRONC is calculated from the expected 6 months' site average plus quarterly bonus.
