The Placement:
Moog’s Operational Excellence (OpEx) team supports the company in building a strong continuous‑improvement culture where “everyone is improving everything, every day.” They work with teams across the business to help deliver training, coaching, and practical problem‑solving skills that make work safer, faster, and less wasteful.
You will work with Moog’s engineers to gather data, run experiments, and solve problems that save time and money. You’ll be exposed to many parts of the business and have the chance to grow your technical, practical, and people skills.

Who can apply:
* All placements are available to penultimate/final year students.
* You must be studying a STEM subject such as engineering and manufacturing, or a business studies degree.
* You're the sort of person who has a willingness to go out and try different things.
The Application Process:
* To apply, please submit a CV and cover letter that includes your predicted degree grade and, where possible, the grades you have achieved in your completed modules to date. Moog is also keen to hear about any hobbies or projects that are relevant to this placement.
* Moog are recruiting for a wide range of opportunities and are happy to consider applicants for multiple placements; if you progress to the next stage you will be asked which other placements you’d like to be considered for.
* The selection process includes attending an assessment centre and a 60‑minute Teams interview. Applicants must be available to attend an assessment centre and site tour at Moog’s Wolverhampton facility in February 2026.
