The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Happiness Executive to help deliver brilliant experiences before, during, and after our customers’ trips. You’ll handle bookings, solve problems, and make sure every customer feels supported and valued.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting customers via phone, email & live chat
Managing bookings, amendments & cancellations
Solving queries and turning problems into positive experiences
Building rapport and spotting opportunities to add value
Going the extra mile to exceed expectations every time
What We’re Looking For
Customer service experience (office/contact centre)
Great communicator with a friendly, confident manner
Calm under pressure, empathetic, and solutions-focused
Positive attitude with a passion for helping people
Good IT skills and attention to detail

Hours
40 hours per week on a shift basis:
Mon–Fri 8am–7pm | Sat & BH 8am–5pm | Sun 10am–4pm
