We do this by creating AI-powered replicas of incredible corporate trainers. Our AI Gurus, as we call them, are designed to think, train and mentor just like their human counterparts.
We’re looking for a bright and ambitious Software Engineer to join our team and help take our product to the next level. As a full-stack engineer, you’ll contribute to both our React front-end applications and our Python/Django back-end components.
Please note: for this role, you must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time.
This position is 95% remote, but we ask that you’re able to travel to Central London occasionally for meetings and workshops.
What you’ll need to succeed:
* 3-5 years of professional experience in software development
* Experience working in an agile delivery environment
* Proficiency in either TypeScript or Python, and a comfortable level of experience in the other
* Strong experience with React, and familiarity with component libraries, design systems, and frameworks
* A solid understanding of how to write and consume APIs
* The ability not only to write code, but to understand its structure, design, and abstractions
