What does the role include? Supporting customer contact, quotations and business-winning activity Providing friendly and professional service, offering advice and solutions to business customers Maintaining and developing product knowledge through ongoing training Assisting with customer development, including lead conversion and retention initiatives Supporting operational processes & stock control Helping resolve customer issues and contributing to a high-quality service experience Participating in sales initiatives and customer acquisition projects Contributing to team development, guidance and daily coordination Supporting debt management processes Assisting with health & safety responsibilities, including risk assessments and vehicle-related tasks where required What Skills and Experience are required?
