The Role
Reporting to the Category Development Director, you’ll take ownership of category strategy and execution, acting as the key link between data, insight, and commercial performance. You’ll collaborate closely with retail partners and internal teams, using your expertise to influence decisions, optimise performance, and identify new opportunities for growth.
1. Building strong, strategic relationships with key retailers, acting as a trusted advisor and category expert.
2. Delivering compelling, data-led insights that challenge thinking and drive growth initiatives.
3. Identifying risks and opportunities across range, distribution, pricing, and promotions — and presenting clear, actionable recommendations.
