This is not a traditional EA role. We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a fast-moving, entrepreneurial principal working across international business, film, media, and private projects. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role requiring efficiency, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate strategically and at pace. The scope to grow is infinite; he is a visionary and needs a true right-hand to help him realise his ambitions.You’ll operate as a strategic partner, not just a gatekeeper, helping to prioritise, problem-solve, and quietly drive outcomes across multiple ventures and relationships.What You’ll Actually Do
1. Act as a true extension of the principal, anticipating needs before they arise
2. Manage and own a complex and constantly shifting schedule across multiple time zones
3. High volume inbox and diary management
4. Build, grow and strengthen relationships with high-profile stakeholders, from A-list celebrities to governmental offices and royalty
5. Support on deal flow, investor conversations, and strategic initiatives
6. Prepare briefs, research, and materials that are sharp, insightful, and actionable
7. Handle sensitive communications with professionalism and confidentiality
8. Manage communications with discretion, intelligence, and authority
9. Step in where needed to bring structure and momentum

Backgrounds that tend to work well:
18. Top-tier EA / Chief of Staff experience
