As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our school-aged immunisation service.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively to support the team and facilitate service delivery.
* Manage data retrieval and entry from databases and electronic files.
* Handle employee and manager queries efficiently.
* Monitor and report on project performance metrics.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for programme participants.
* Analyse operations and suggest process improvements to the Manager.
* Provide scheduling information via phone.
* Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents.
* Enter customer-provided data into relevant systems.
* Ensure accurate and timely data updates.
* Upload paper documents to relevant systems.
* Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
* Perform tasks aligned with the role's requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* DBS Clearance.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Mandatory training.
* Strong communication skills.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
* Capable of independent travel.
* Excellent customer service and people management skills.
