Vision for Education is seeking passionate and enthusiastic primary ECTs with a natural flair for teaching to join our flexible Northampton workforce.

You’ll ideally be available 3–5 days per week, happy to accept on-the-day bookings as well as advance bookings, and ready to travel to schools within a 30-minute radius of your home .
About the Schools
Working with Vision for Education, you may teach across a range of schools and demographics, covering different classes and year groups. Most lessons will be planned for you, but having your own resources ready is helpful for any unplanned cover.
✅ Requirements
To be considered, you’ll need:
5. A positive and flexible attitude
6. Real passion for teaching
7. Access to your own transport and willingness to travel up to 30 minutes
8. Qualified Teacher Status in England (QTS)
9. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply and upload to the Update Service)
