The Role:
* Teaching within Key Stage 2
* Full-time role, 5 days a week
* Starting September
* Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
* Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
* Be responsible for the learning and achievement of all pupils, ensuring equality of opportunity for all
* Be accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct
* Build positive relationships with pupils based on mutual respect and professional boundaries
* Work proactively with learners, parents/carers, staff, governors, and external agencies in the best interests of pupils
* Work within statutory frameworks, Teacher Standards, and school policies
* Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people across the school
