General overview
This is a true standalone marketing position with complete autonomy and creative licence.
The business has an existing marketing strategy in place, but they’re looking for someone to elevate it, refine it, and drive stronger brand awareness and lead validation.
They are also expanding into new services and markets which will, longer term, increase their offering and future direction.
This is a blank canvas opportunity so platforms, tools and tech stack can be chosen by you.
Responsibilities
Full Marketing Mix Ownership
* Refine and implement the overall marketing strategy to support continued business growth.
* Drive brand awareness, strengthening the company’s position in their market.
* Manage and optimise the company website (WordPress), including SEO, landing pages and regular content updates.
* Create and deliver multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Instagram and Facebook.
* Produce engaging B2B content including blogs, case studies, email campaigns and sales collateral.
* Use AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign performance and overall marketing efficiency.
* Support the development and launch of new services offered to their clients.
* Work closely with the sales team to validate lead generation and create high-converting materials.
* Oversee design work and manage external agencies (e.g. videography).
* Lead on awards submissions, events and promotional activity.
* Support ongoing development and design improvements of the company’s internal sales app.
Digital & AI Focus
* Confident use of AI tools for content creation, campaign optimisation and strategy
* Supporting development of AI-led offerings
* Working on a potential full website refresh for a new AI-focused division
* Supporting design and development of the company’s internal sales app
What our client is looking for
* Marketing all-rounder with hands‑on experience across the full mix
* Ideally B2B background (preferred but not essential)
* Comfortable working as a standalone marketer
* Up‑to‑date with modern marketing tools and AI capabilities
* Strategic thinker who can also execute
