You will be a registered health professional (RMN, Dip SW, Dip OT or equivalent) with:
* Significant experience in mental health practice and multi‑disciplinary team working.
* Evidence of service development and leadership within a mental health setting.
* Excellent communication, assessment, and decision‑making skills.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, upholding the Trust’s values.
* The ability to mentor students, upholding all our codes of practice.
Responsibilities
* Ensure safe, effective, person‑centred care is delivered.
* Oversee caseload management and service delivery standards.
* Monitor clinical practice and ensure adherence to guidelines and policies.
* Respond to incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns.
* Manage day‑to‑day running of the service.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and outcomes.
* Ensure efficient use of resources.
* Coordinate rotas, cover arrangements, and service capacity.
