Job Description
As the People Partner for Catch22, you will provide a proactive and forward-thinking HR service to the business, acting as an internal consultant to influence, identify, and maximize opportunities to improve people capability and performance.
You will support your business areas by providing specialist coaching, support, and advice, enabling business development and senior management to effectively deliver their people and business plans.
You will give specialist HR advice regarding all HR policies and procedures, in accordance with best practices, current and proposed employment legislation, and local arrangements. You will also support the delivery of the HR Strategy and the evolving partnering model.
Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships across the People Team, operational Hubs, and the wider business is essential. You will challenge and influence at senior levels to foster a high-performance culture.
You will support key areas such as employee relations, development, reward, engagement, and resourcing, providing essential business support nationally.
You will provide business support to nominated areas and cover other areas as needed.

Qualifications
* English and Maths proficiency
* Level 7 CIPD qualification or proven experience
* Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent knowledge of TUPE regulations, processes, risks, and opportunities
* Awareness of current HR developments
* Understanding of organizational development processes
* Awareness of Health & Safety practices related to HR
Additional Information
Salary: Up to £50,000 FTE per annum, dependent on experience
Contract: Full Time, 37 hours/week
Location: Hybrid working; minimum of once per month in both Brasted and London offices; travel to national sites required
