Opportunity Overview
Join the Zurich UK IT Architecture team as an Enterprise Architect. You will lead architecture engagement on major change programs, collaborate with cross-domain architects, and mentor less experienced staff. Your role involves acting as the architecture face on key projects, ensuring architecture considerations are integrated from the start, and developing pragmatic architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with architects, project teams, and business units to deliver solutions.
2. Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
3. Prepare design documents, presentations, and materials.
4. Shape future architecture strategies with the wider team.
5. Contribute to operational transformation and business improvement initiatives.
6. Document current and future architectures across domains.
7. Identify innovation opportunities by monitoring market trends.
8. Promote architecture principles and standards.
9. Lead architectural reviews and contribute to EA framework development.
10. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and security teams.
Candidate Profile
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience working across diverse architecture teams.
* Proven ability to define strategic architecture directions.
* TOGAF certification or equivalent.
