Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead, train, and motivate a team of door-to-door Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will oversee daily sales operations, set targets, and ensure the team meets and exceeds performance goal
Duties
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
* Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and monitor performance.
* Develop sales strategies to maximize customer acquisition.
* Accompany sales executives in the field to provide coaching and support.
* Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Prepare sales reports and present performance insights to management.
* Motivate and encourage the team to achieve high performance.
