4. Candidates for this role will need to have experience of providing leadership in local authority settings.
5. Comfortable working at a fast pace as the Front Door team is busy, and focuses on delivering short-term support to residents for up to 8 weeks
6. To make professional judgements in the context of the relevant legal and policy frameworks
What we are looking for in a Team Manager:
7. Social Work England registration
8. Eligible to work in the UK
9. Hold a full UK licence
10. Post-qualified experience
11. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
