This role is for a proactive and dedicated Safety, and Sustainability Manager to lead and improve the ESG and Health & Safety strategies for a lead manufacturer.
You will be a key player in building a culture of safety and sustainability across six business units, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a safe, ethical, and environmentally responsible operation.

The successful Safety and Sustainability Manager will have:

Exceptional leadership skills to build a proactive, high-performing safety and sustainability culture.

Extensive experience in ESG and/or HSE management, with a proven track record of implementing multi-site improvement programs, preferably in manufacturing.

A strong understanding of relevant ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD) and safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001).

The credibility to influence and guide operational teams and senior leadership.

Strong collaboration skills to engage with internal and external partners.
