Responsibilities
* Join a well established and reputable Cambridge based structural design consultancy seeking a Chartered or near Chartered Structural Engineer to join their experienced team.
* The role will include dealing with private home owners and architects and design in all the main materials.
* The practice is a small, close knit team who are passionate about what they do, professional with their structural services, while also ensuring the company is place where one can have a laugh and enjoy work.
* They are busy with incoming work and need to expand.
* The role will suit a local candidate who is used to dealing with small projects, and who does not want to be just a cog in a big company wheel.
Qualifications
* Chartered or near Chartered Structural Engineer.
* Experience in design in all the main materials.
* Basic Autocad ability would be advantageous.
* Excellent written and spoken English and communication skills are essential.
* Own transport to attend meetings and site visits (local candidates preferred).
* Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
