Warehouse Operative
We are recruiting warehouse operatives to pick orders for our shops from our distribution centre in Daventry, Northamptonshire. Permanent full‑time position with shift patterns including weekend days. Part‑time work may also be available.
Shift patterns
- Day shift – 06:00 to 14:00 (5 days per week + at least one weekend day)
Pay and benefits
- Hourly pay: £13.69/day (under 21: £10.90); £14.85 for afternoon, late and night shifts (under 21: £12.35)
- Guaranteed 37.5 hours per week; overtime regularly available

Responsibilities
- Accurately pick stock onto pallets ready for delivery to shops
- Maintain accurate records
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse
- Work within health and safety requirements of the site
Qualifications
- 18 years or older (health and safety reasons)
- Physically fit, able to meet productivity targets
- Friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work
- Experience in a warehouse or manual handling equipment an advantage
