Assistant Facilities Manager Location: Maidenhead Hours: 37 hours per week, full-time, permanent Salary: £32,851 per annum, plus £400 on-call allowance Reed Slough is recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive individual with managerial experience who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved when necessary. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Deputy Principal to ensure the school buildings and site are well-maintained, secure, and optimally used to support both the school day and extended hours. Act as the Operations Manager in their absence. Manage a team of caretakers and an Estates Administrator. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role. Minimum Level 3 qualification in Facilities Management or substantial relevant professional experience. IOSH Managing Safety qualification or equivalent.
