We’re recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for a premium menswear boutique in Oxford. This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail Assistant Store Manager who enjoys leading by example, coaching teams to exceed targets, and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, maximising KPIs, and creating a positive, high-energy store environment. The role requires flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.
