Role Overview

As a GenAI Adoption - Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for enabling enterprise adoption of Generative AI by designing and building scalable, cloud‑native platforms for AI workloads. Your focus will be reliability, automation, and multi‑tenant architectures while integrating advanced AI capabilities into enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI‑powered applications using large language models and generative AI technologies.
• Develop and integrate solutions such as chatbots, copilots, and content generation platforms.
• Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise knowledge systems.
• Perform prompt engineering, optimisation, and evaluation of model outputs.
• Integrate AI APIs into enterprise applications and workflows.
• Deploy and manage AI applications across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver AI‑driven solutions aligned with organisational needs.

Your Profile – Essential Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python (Karat assessment clearance required).
• Experience in Generative AI application development using frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying RAG‑based solutions.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑native architecture and distributed systems.

Desirable Skills

• Broader exposure to multi‑cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
