Drew & Co are rural land & property specialists based in Yorkshire and the North East of England. We help landowners, farmers and rural businesses unlock the full potential of their land, property and assets through expert, tailored advice delivered with integrity and a personal touch.

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and versatile team member to support the day to day operations of Drew & Co, with a focus on marketing, client engagement and administrative support. The role offers flexibility and we are welcoming candidates looking for both full-time and part-time opportunities.

This role will involve supporting a wide range of rural property and land services, including:

* Assisting with
RICS-certified valuations
for tax, probate, and lending purposes.
* Providing input into
farm and land sales
, from initial marketing through to completion.
* Helping to organise and manage
machinery & dispersal sales
and supporting
auctioneering services
.
* Offering advice on
rural grants and subsidies
to help clients access funding opportunities.
* Supporting
landlord & tenant negotiations
, including agricultural tenancy agreements and grazing arrangements.
* Assisting clients affected by
utilities and infrastructure projects
, ensuring they receive fair compensation.
* Contributing to advice on
renewables projects
(solar, wind, battery storage) and
planning applications
.

You'll be part of a small but growing consultancy that prides itself on integrity, clear communication, and a client-first approach. We work closely with farmers, landowners, and rural businesses, often building relationships that last decades.

Qualifications

* Administrative and organisational skills, including managing records and schedules
* Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Customer service skills to provide high-quality service and maintain professional relationships
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently
* Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Canva
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Experience in a rural or agricultural setting is essential
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Flexible, positive attitude and a team player
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous
