Ad-hoc temporary work (no guaranteed hours) Shifts:
Earlies, lates, sleep-ins, waking nights Requirements Ligature Training (mandatory) Minimum 1 year experience
in residential childcare, youth support, safeguarding, or a similar environment Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and de-escalation Experience engaging positively with young people who may display challenging behaviours Desirable Experience in Mental Health Secure settings Additional behavioural management or risk-reduction training
