Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (Depending on experience)
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Panel Beater, you will play a crucial role in repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assessing vehicle damage and formulating repair plans
2. Straightening and repairing vehicle panels using appropriate tools and techniques
3. Removing and replacing damaged parts as needed
4. Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
5. Working efficiently to meet deadlines and customer expectations
6. Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
7. Proven experience as a Panel Beater in the automotive repair industry
8. Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and materials
