Job Description
We're looking for a General Foreman to join our Thames Waterast Hyde STW team based in East Hyde, Bedfordshire.
Location: East Hyde STW, Bedfordshire
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As our General Foreman, you'll play a crucial role in supervising daily site operations, coordinating our workforce, and ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
What will you be responsible for?
As a General Foreman, you'll be working within the East Hyde STW team, supporting them in achieving project goals to increase the works' capacity and meet environmental requirements. Your day to day will include:
1. Leading and coordinating our workforce, providing clear guidance and nurturing a collaborative team environment
