Dynamics 365 (D365) Support Consultant
Remote Working (UK-based)
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Dynamics 365 (D365) Support Consultant to gain hands-on experience supporting, troubleshooting, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions while working closely with clients and experienced consultants - all from the comfort of your own home.
As part of the team, you’ll contribute to day-to-day support tasks, small enhancements, and ongoing projects, building your expertise in D365 and the wider Power Platform ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
* Investigate and resolve D365-related support requests, incidents, and queries in a timely and effective manner.
* Deliver configuration changes, customisations, and improvements within D365 and the Power Platform.
* Assist project teams with testing, deployments, and solution delivery.
* Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to optimise client solutions.
* Maintain documentation of fixes, procedures, and solutions, contributing to team knowledge.
* Engage directly with clients, providing clear communication and excellent service.
* Support troubleshooting across Microsoft technologies, cloud services, and Windows environments, as required.
About you:
* Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse), and solution configuration.
* Confident problem solver with an interest in developing technical and functional expertise.
* Able to deliver changes or enhancements following best practices.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients.
* Eager to learn, develop, and progress a career within the Microsoft D365 ecosystem.
