Duties of the Commercial Vehicle Retail Manager:
8. Support the Sales Manager in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed volumetric and profitability targets
9. Analyse sales data to implement strategies for improvement across key metrics
10. Maintain high standards of compliance and customer care across all activities
11. Coach and review the sales team to enhance performance and product knowledge
12. Promote a customer-focused approach and deliver a seamless purchasing experience for new and used commercial vehicle customers
13. Develop and implement sales plans to maximise gross profit and customer satisfaction
Candidate specification:
14. Proven experience in automotive sales management, ideally within a dedicated commercial vehicle environment
15. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a sales team
16. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
17. Organised with the ability to multitask across various systems and processes
18. Passionate about technology and the automotive industry’s latest trends
19. Business or Sales Manager experience is desirable
