A well-established and design-led architectural practice is seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team in Preston. Responsibilities:
Lead and support the production of technical design and construction information across all RIBA stages
Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and schedules
Coordinate design input from consultants and manage information flow
Conduct site visits, monitor works, and support contract administration
Contribute to planning submissions, feasibility studies, and technical reports
Requirements:
Degree-qualified Architectural Technologist with relevant UK industry experience
Proven technical expertise, particularly in the education or healthcare sectors
Proficiency in Revit is essential; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills
A collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery
