As our new Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the finance department, providing support in financial and accounting activities and reporting functions within the organisation. You will focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintaining financial records, controlling the accounts, and complying with regulatory requirements.
What you will be doing:
* Prepare monthly management accounts including revenue and cost of goods sold, margin and operational cost analysis
* Prepare HFM reports including reconciliations to underlying ERP accounts
* Work on resolving queries to reduce variances with internal and external stakeholders
* Monitoring shared service output
* Work with the shared service centre to reduce debt with internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, auditors, and stakeholders to prepare and analyse financial statements / data, ensuring transparency, risk mitigation, and financial efficiency for the organisation.
* Assist the Financial Controller with preparation of audit and tax documents for all UK & Ireland entities

* You are ACCA, ACMA, ACA, AAT, IFA qualified or qualified by experience
* Are detail conscious & experienced with accurately preparing financial reports and analysis
* You have strong English skills, both written and verbal
* Experience and comfort within in a multi-cultural and multi-discipline organisation in an advantage
* Confident using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
