As part of their expansion, they’re recruiting an Office Manager, to join their dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
* Start each day with a morning meeting alongside the team.
* Lead by example, driving and motivating team members to perform at their best.
* Focus on identifying and implementing new business initiatives.
* Actively prospect to generate new leads and opportunities.
* Monitor and report performance figures regularly, always aiming to exceed KPIs.
* Provide support with sales and lettings valuations during holiday periods.
Key Criteria:
* Extensive experience in the estate agency industry.
* Strong background in managing and motivating teams.
* Proven ability to drive branch performance and meet/exceed monthly KPIs.
* Demonstrated success in winning new business.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Flexible approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Skilled at building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
