ADP is looking to recruit talented and determined Project Director or Associate Director to oversee projects and join the management team in its Birmingham Studio
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architect to join our established Birmingham studio, as either Project Director or Associate Director (role depends on experience and areas of focus) working alongside the Studio Director, national sector leads and the wider practice teams. The role principally involves project, technical or design management and acting as a lead consultant within the wider design team; deliver our purpose lead strategy regionally.
Other aspects of the role include sharing responsibility for the projects and teams involved in the projects regionally, and sharing knowledge/experience to develop the next generation of architects through mentoring. Plus, involvement in design and technical reviews to continually evolve our work for a better future.
Building on the strong foundations in place with the great local team. You should also have excellent organisational and communication skills and be self-motivated. We are seeking an experienced architect with great design, technical and contract knowledge to support projects through all work stages.
