* Own 50–70 named enterprise accounts (3,000+ employees) across the UK, Nordics, DACH & Benelux
* 1:1 BDR support and strong enablement — but they want sellers who know how to self-source too
* Engage directly with CFOs, COOs and C-level — 68% of deals are CFO-owned
* Be part of a team that’s already smashing targets — 2 UK reps joined last year and hit 150%+ year one
