Team Leader – Children and Young People
Hinckley, Oxford
Salary: £35,400 – £42,664. In addition to your base salary you'll do up to 3 sleep‑ins per month; these are paid at £80 per sleep (≈ £2,880 per year) and an Attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year.
Responsibilities
You’ll be part of taking care of the young people day‑to‑day, making sure things run smoothly and creating lasting memories. As a team leader you will also ensure the staff team are supported and the home operates at high standards, prepared to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers. You should be able to relate to and build relationships with the young people, be compassionate, emotionally resilient and supportive, and provide inspirational leadership to your colleagues.
Qualifications & Requirements

* Resilience to deal with challenging situations.
* Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
* Level 3 Children’s Residential Care qualification.
