JDR Recruitment are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for their client
Location: London (Regional coverage)
Salary: From £45,000 to £60,000, DOE
The Role:
1. Develop, manage and execute the regional sales strategy in line with overall business objectives.
2. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers within the food packaging sector, particularly PET and paper-based products.
3. Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and account targeting.
4. Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers.
5. Conduct client visits, present product samples and negotiate commercial agreements.
6. Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue objectives.
7. Develop detailed product knowledge and maintain strong understanding of the UK retail packaging market.
8. Coordinate closely with Finance, Procurement and Warehousing teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely payments.
