Job Summary
We are looking for an Retail Supervisor to work in our shop in Falmouth. Hours are: Mondays 8.30am - 4pm, Tuesdays 8.30am - 4pm, Wednesdays 11am -3pm. Hours will be slightly extended during the summer.
Responsibilities will include displaying goods from your delivery each morning, baking off pasties etc, serving customers, cash handling, cleaning, ordering and carrying out hygiene and temperature checks each day. You will be ensuring the smooth running of the shop and handling any issues that may arise in a professional manner. You must work well under pressure as can be a very busy environment during peak season.
Previous retail supervisory experience essential, in food an preferred. Applicants must be punctual, reliable, self motivated and organised. You must be trustworthy and work well as part of a team as well as on your own. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly approach required please. Immediate start. Please note pay will increase in April, rates yet to be decided.
