Purpose of the role
A strategic marketing role for a commercially minded content and insights professional. You’ll combine strong writing skills with market analysis to create high-impact content that attracts and converts international healthcare professionals, while shaping B2C and B2B marketing strategy. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help position the organisation as a trusted partner in global healthcare recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create engaging, conversion-focused content across digital channels (web, email, social, ads, brochures)
* Develop long-form content (guides, thought leadership, white papers, case studies)
* Conduct global market research and competitor analysis within healthcare recruitment
* Generate insights on candidate behaviour, hiring trends, and market opportunities
* Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve campaigns and conversion performance
* Support paid media with audience insights, messaging, and optimisation
* Produce B2B content to strengthen commercial positioning and partnerships
* Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, operations, and leadership teams globally
* Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine content and strategy
* Support broader marketing initiatives and ad hoc projects as needed
What we’re looking for
* 5-10 years’ experience in content marketing, copywriting or marketing communications.
* Relevant Degree level education preferred.
* Experience producing B2B marketing content such as white papers, industry reports, case studies, and new business pitches to support existing and growing portfolios and markets.
* Proven ability to write persuasive, audience-led content across multiple formats.
* Experience conducting market research and presenting findings clearly and into strategic recommendations.
* Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data.
* Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
* Excellent written English and attention to detail.
* Commercially aware and results-driven.
* Curious and insights led.
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
* Collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Able to work in fast-paced environments.
* Experience in healthcare, recruitment, or international markets.
* Familiarity with US Healthcare Systems.
* Experience writing for an audience whose first language is not English (ESL).
