The Job
As a Customer/Technical Support Specialist, you'll help customers with any account or technical issues they might have with our range of products, while maintaining strong customer service. You will help customers find the right solutions, keep them informed, and, if they upgrade or try something new, you may earn commission.
Note: The internet doesn\'t sleep, and sometimes our customers don\'t either. To offer 24/7 support, specialists may be required to work a shift pattern that includes weekends. Availability to work shifts Mon–Sun between 7am–midnight on a rotating schedule is essential.
Training and Development
We are big fans of learning and growth. We provide plenty of training for new team members, starting with a three-month development program, and ongoing support as you grow your skills.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a call centre or comparable customer service environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable upselling to help solve customer needs
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to learn under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated with the desire to succeed
* Experience and confidence in handling difficult customers is advantageous
