Legal Executive
to join a dynamic and multifaceted law firm within their highly regarded
Property Group

The role will focus on handling residential conveyancing matters, primarily across London and the Southeast of England, with exposure to some of the most prestigious residential and commercial property transactions in the market.
Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day residential conveyancing files from client onboarding through to final billing.
* Advising high and ultra-high net worth individuals, including world-famous celebrities and public figures, as well as private and commercial banks, on prime and super-prime residential property matters.
* Supporting commercial clients across a range of sectors (retail, fashion, technology, media, and entertainment) on landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, and development work.
* Providing tailored, pragmatic legal advice to clients including property developers, investment vehicles, charities, and private individuals.
* Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard and in line with CQS processes and firm procedures.
Essential skills
* Significant experience working within a residential property legal department.
* Strong technical skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Solid understanding and experience of CQS processes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
* Adaptable, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
