Essential Ingredients Experience of providing people related advice and guidance to employees and line managers in a busy, operational environment. Solid knowledge and experience within a HR generalist environment. Good understanding of employment law and application of HR policies. Strong administration skills – including Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to manage a varied programme of work, manage expectations and conflicting priorities. Strong influencing and communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to positively challenge and coach managers whilst providing a supporting service outcome. CIPD Qualified. You will provide expertise to our line managers on a range of people issues which enable the effective management of people performance, talent and engagement in line with lead for growth objectives. You will work closely with our People Partner, providing insight and collaborating on key people activities. You will have experience of using HR systems and you will regularly use data, initiative and judgement to identify continuous improvement opportunities, whilst also supporting our people to make effective and timely business decisions.
